Actually they're cracking down pretty heavily in the metropolis I live in not just the small towns. If they notice no seatbelt they will FIND a reason to pull you and get 2 for 1. (Thank god for auto belts on the 'quest LOL).

yeah i know a guy who got pulled over for having a loud exhaust, and he gave the cop a hard time and they busted him for like 20 other things... so dont **** them off they will find something to bust you for lol.. they will give you a ticket for having a rear view mirror if they wanted [8D]

i know that around here, the only "crimes" are things like speeding and underage drinking parties, and the few cops that i have dealt with are the type that you can tell got picked on all through high school, so "now theyre going to do the picking"...
