Ooo Ooo I know what else is unusual with teh first one!!! It's missing a power steering pump!! And the radiator fill is b the windshield... And what the HEX is that blue thing sticking out next to the turbo? BOV?

is it that the intake manifold/throttle body assembly,it opposite of the way it come on all our cars?its on the timing side vs. the completely opposite side.

i believe that "the blue thing" is an external waste gate..and i would guess that he doesnt have a BOV because at 70psi, not many BOVs would hold pressure, but we will have to get input from our turbo guys on that one
