why wait till he's 18 is he threatening her in anyways like harmful or sexual. harmful have a officer place him in citizens arrest for terrorist threats sexual you could get him arrested it just depends. ive seen kids get locked up for less. With the terroist threats if a kid says im gonna F'n kill you thats a terrorist threat or a threat to do bodily harm. trust me bro im a juvenile corrections officer.
