Default WOW, does my engine have crankwalk?

ok, i dont know ALOT about crankwalk but i currently have the 1.8L model engine in a 94 eclipse as most ppl know. i think the "NAME" of it is like 4g37 or something. im getting a whole new engine this winter so its not a problem if i do but anyways. i found this site that suposably tells you what crankwalk is. heres the site if you want it but im gunna copy and paste the main paragraph thats practicaly describing my car. http://members.shaw.ca/costall/1000Q...hatiscrankwalk.... (site) now what they say about crankwalk....

Since the clutch places pressure on the crankshaft, many owners have reported clutch or shifting problems associated with the walking crank. Having the clutch 'stick' down on left-hand turns is often a telltale sign of crankwalk. Other symptoms include inconsistent engagement height, poor or rough engagement, difficulty shifting, ticking noises and varying pedal height or pressure. Another possibility is having the engine RPM decrease significantly when the clutch pedal is down.

ok, now what my car does. ive NEVER had the clutch stick on a left turn but, all of a sudden my car is having hella trouble shifting into second and sometimes third in the cold. it never had these problems when i bought it. another thing my car has is the clutch engages at dif heights and amount of pressure everytime, sometimes dont even engage. my engine does tick but i believe thats the lifter tick. also (i thought this was normal) but when i push the clutch in the rpm's do decrease significantly but then go right back up to idle.

you dont have crankwalk. You dont even have one of the engines that is known to do it. My guess is that you have a bad master cylinder or a throw out bearing. Its a tranny issue, not an engine issue.
