I have a 1995 montero SR, the check engine light is on and the trans AT light flashes continuously. I jumped out the diagnostic plug, code 11, TPS. Tested all aspects per the manual (ground good, wires good, supply voltage good, initial sensor resistance good, but it does not change with rotation?), voltage does not change with throttle position. Replaced with new sensor, same readings. Replaced again with warranted part just in case it was a fluke, same readings.

No engine related issues, the trans TC is not locking up in 4th, I don't have any other error codes, suspect lockup solenoid but I need to correct the tps code first.

What else can I check?
