Default Still no blinkers.

OK, Got the blinker/hazard light controll box thingy in today and plugged it in. Now have brake lights working normally, but still no blinkers/hazard flashers. All fueses are ok. My question is this, I have 3 wire harness plugs under my center console. 1 goes to the ECU and is plugged in, 1 goes to this turn signal module that I just installed, the 3rd one is not plugged into anything at all. And I do not see anywhere else for it to go. Does anyone know if there is something else missing here? Haynes manual is clear as mud on this.

CORRECTION: 1 goes into the EFI fuel control relay, NOT the ECU as was stated. (My bad)

To the best of my ability, I am going to try to illustrate what this connector looks like.
Maybe this will help someone help me figure this stupid thing out. I work with Massey Ferguson and Allis Chalmers tractor service manuals allot. They have good wire diagrams. The Haynes manual (for these cars) does not !!!!
