My son bought a new block and head with all the pistons. rings, rods...etc (no oil pan/pumps..etc) for a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST. I'm selling the motor for him and have been asked if it's 6 or 7 bolt. How can I tell?? Other places I've looked for this info refer to checking the oil pan which it doesn't have.
