yea i guess you could, but they would all have to be mandrel bends. And make sure you know what your doing with welding, you dont want any leaks

yes you can use pre bent pipe. a friend of mine has built exhaust for 5 or 6 cars doing that w/ a welder but it looks like crap, and has only sounded decent in one of the cars which was his own Mazda 6. He's also build them for a Subaru WRX Bug-eye, Turbo'd TC, Turbo'd MR2 and an Accord. but they all sounded like crap. in the end if you do it like that you will end up saving about 200 bucks. personally, i'd never sacrafice the quility of my parts or performance but this game is all about the budget.

Its not always that easy. Why do you want to keep the stock muffler? Even if you run 3 inch turbo back, which isnt good on a T-25 anyway(no backpressure) you still get to the muffler and then its reduced again. Just buy a universal Apexi, hks, or greddy muffler and weld that up if you insist on making your own. I would say just buy a already bent system from greddy or apexi and be done with it. Have you looked under the car? It takes two nasty bends which i couldnt even get a exhaust shop to do for me when i wanted 3inch with my old HKS muffler. Needless to say i sold that muffler and bought a Apexi system.
Nate, the turbo itself is all the backpressure that the engine needs. you could technically run 5" exhaust and it wouldn't matter but it's unnecessary.
