Hey man i've done a few head replacments on 420a's. You'll need to pull your underdrive pulley off. you can get the tool on load from your local autozone. Other than that you'll need 8mm 10mm 12mm and 15mm socketsand wrenches. If your planning on pulling off the cam gears you'll need 18mm or19mm socket. You can pull it off with the intake still on but not your exhaust. Your best friend forreinstallation is the trusty torque wrench, make sure you get one that reads in ft. lbs. and in. lbs.! Doing it by the book less machine shop timeand murphy's law it shouldn't take you more than 10-12 hours.
