No problem glad we could help.... And the screws aren't rusted just stripped and I can't get the impact driver in there to pund them out real good [:@]

I still say it is only the stock BOV come on you know it whistles under normal driving I need NESpeed or TheEngineer to come it here they both had the same thing on there DSMs. Normal driving the BOV has a slight constant whistle almost sounds like your pressing the braks and they are skeaking very softly.

And if it is the BOV it also explains why he couldnt hear it before the intake since you cant barley hear the BOV or spool on a stock air box
Um we all know what the stock bov dose but he is not running the stock bov he is running a turboxs bov which meens if it is causing the the issues the spring needs to have more pressure on it.

I think turboXS uses washers you open the BOV and add more washers

we added plenty of washers to that pig. ITs nto like a turbo whistle noise though, like u hear when u give her, its like a Hissing/Whistle Sound. I dont think tis much of a big deal since its fien when he gives her. Well see when the Boost Gauge gets here.

ya I know what sound your talking about... I am pretty sure you are just hearing the BOV slightly open is all

he is talking about not being on it at all. He said maintaining a normal speed not accel or decell
