I'm guessing you already know this, but I'm pretty sure the layout of the GSX is quite different compared to that of the GS, and GST because of it being AWD, so I'm pretty sure that the process will be a little more involved. But I can't say for sure because I really don't know, just using my best judgement call on it. So has anyone here replaced a clutch on a 2g GSX?

Believe it or not... the transmission configuration on teh GST and the GSX is the same. The only difference is the transfer case and driveshaft etc...

Oh, ok. Well that's assuring to know, so is the process of replacing the clutch fairly similar for the GST & GSX, or are there a few extra steps needed in some parts?

Yes there are extra steps.. like a little extra unbolting of the AWD components... nothing catastrophic.

I'm looking to upgrade the clutch in my gst. Well what I want to know is How much more does ACT 2100 and ACT 2600 hold over stock. What would work better with the modsI have done. Also How much HP do you think I have?

MODS
8.5:1 pistons, Big T28 60 trim Turbo, Boost 15 PSI, Alamo side mount IC, Greddy metal IC piping and Type RS bov, Ported stock O2 housing, 3" tsuedo cat back, 2.5" downpipe, Injen Intake, 190L fuel pump, ss fuel feed line.

Nice!

If you go to the ACT website it has a graph on there

http://www.advancedclutch.com/produc...d_id=2119#2119Right there. The stock holds about 300ish ft lb before it really starts wearing it down.

If you ask me your next mods should be EVO III 16g, FMIC, and if yo uwant to go further then Denso 660s and SAFC II. Also with the 190lph on there you can boost up a little more. Just keep doin till you hit fuel cut : ) i didnt hit fuel cut until 20 on my moms GST with a 255lph.
