P.S. I have a 95 eclipse all my other gauges work. 5 speed man.

Welcome to MF. Does the RPM gauge work too? Auto or manual tranny?
Two things come to mind, the ECU and the speed sensor located on the tranny.
Which model/motor do you have? What was the last thing you did before it stopped working? Be honest.
