Yeah you can use mothers chrome polish. Or you can replace them

Or you can buy this packet from walmart in a silver package. Its a 4 step process takes about ten minutes per light and works like a charm. Its 20 bucks.

my 04 eclipse gt has pretty dim headlights too.. a few of my friends w/ eclipses say the same thing.. maybe its just normal.. not sure, but my high beams are great
