My friend just bought a 2000 Galant with power windows that do not work. No window switches work for any of the windows. We have switched around relays/circuit breakers to no avail. We have been unable to find a fuse...is there one?

What would our next troubleshooting step be?

 

Just download the schematics for the car and that will tell you where every fuse and relay is and where it's located. However that what it sounds like to me...
