Hi, I'm hoping someone here can offer some advice.

Both rear doors on my 2011 ASX won't open either from inside or outside. The issue has arisen on each within the past week. I initially thought it was to do with the internal latch above the interior door handle (that turns when the central locking is pressed) sticking, but now that the problem has appeared on both doors I'm wondering if it could be electronic?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, I'm reluctant to take it to professionals without an idea of what I could be facing!
