Default 91' eclipse gas pedal

my gas pedal in my 91' eclipse is extremely stiff, and when i let off its delayed and sticks a little bit, some of my friends told me to use WD-40 or something like that, but i'm not sure where to put it.

First go get some carb cleaner NOTHING BUT CARB/THROTTLE CLEANER!!and clean your throttle body......if it still persists then check you gas peddle cable, but most likely its just a dirty throttle body.

i checked my throttle, and its loose, so is the cable going to the throttle, any other ideas on why my pedal is so stiff?

maybe check the coil on the back of the trottle body, i know i had that problem. Just spray some WD-40 on the small coil and it should fix it.
