03 eclipse 3.0L no crank, think i got a starter bad cause battery tested good, didn't get the best look at the starter but gota climpse. Any suggestions? do i need to take exuast out to pull starter out or can you just take the oil filter off and slide it back? any other diag checks i should do before i go after the starter

 

have you tried to jump the car. I know you said the battery tested good but have you tried since the battery was charged. It could have been the alternator. If it still doesnt do anything after the battery was charged then its the starter

 

If the battery is good, try tapping the starter w/ a prybar and hammer and have another person try to start the car. If it starts then you know you need a starter.
