No light / clutch engagement points to "no power" to clutch. Again, assuming it's a new clutch as well.

Yes I just changed everything out yesterday A/C light stays solid green and clutch is not engaging. Swapped the horn relay with clutch relay still nothing. I am stumped.

Ok,but, did you actually check that power is getting to the clutch?Put a 12v test light on wire/connector that goes to compressor.
