Angry knocking sound, 2010 Galant
My Galant has this horrible knocking sound whenever I go from R to D. Anyone have any ideas?

Is the knock sound just one big "clunk" or multiple "clunks" as you shift from Reverse to Drive? If its just one, it might be an inboard CV joint going bad. If its more than one, could be something actually inside the trans slapping around. Good luck on this one!
