O2 sensor and lambda sensor It is the same thing, just a different naming convention. You should not have any trouble finding the sensirs for Montero. It is a very standard heated O2 sensor. Just look for your year/model and sensor position (B2S2). Look for a sensor that has a plug on the end. You just unplug your sensor from harness, plug in the new one and done. Avoid the sensors that have bare wires instead of the plug. Even though they might be slightly cheaper, YOU have to wire them properly. IMHO it's not worth the headache.

Not to mention that most people are not good at properly repairing electrical connections and those wires are subjected to a wide range of extreme temperature fluctuations and water intrusion. If you have the correct skillset and equipment by all means save some money but otherwise it's just better to buy them pre-wired.
