Default Valve Cover/Rocker Cover bolt help

I have a 2006 Montero Limited, 3.8L. I’m in the process of replacing the valve cover gaskets and the o-ring on the front of the butterfly valve shaft. I have the driver valve cover off and cleaned, ready to put back in. It was a mess, previous owner used some type of silicon for the whole gasket and it leaked like crazy and was a pain to remove. My question is, are all 6 of the valve cover bolts the same size? I got them mixed up and I don’t know which bolt went where. 2 of mine are shorter than the rest, and the washer setup is different. Wouldn’t surprise me if the PO out the wrong bolts in, but I want to make sure. I can’t find this information anywhere. Any help would be awesome

Hope this can help someone else, but they’re all the same. 6 on each cover M6-1.0 x 20mm, lock washer and flat washer on each, torqued to 30 inch lb. I got my replacements from Napa. They were silver, bronze coated ones from Advance didn’t fit well. Mitsubishi Part number MF245426
