I just purchased a 2018 Outlander ES for my wife's daily driver. It has bluetooth and hands free answering but there is no button for voice command for hands free calling.

If I switch out the button on the steering wheel, can the vehicle be programmed to work with voice command. The local dealerships could not give me specific information.

 

On my 2014 it is the left one of 3 on steering wheel

 

The ES model does not come with voice command so it is not hands free. I want to add the voice commands. Is his possible without switching out the radio?

 

Please advise the ride and overall performance as planning to buy 2017 or 2018 next week. Any feedback would be appreciate
