Angry 2019 Aftermarket Head Unit Install

Hope I can get some help here...PLEASE!!!!!
I want to install a Kenwood head unit in my 2019 Outlander SEL.
I have all the adapters EXCEPT the ones to utilize the factory USB ports.
Do adapters for this exist or am I going nuts looking for them in vain?

Factory head unit has no power behind it. It's not the Fosgate system, unfortunately,
but I could only afford so much.

Hope someone has a good answer for me.

I have the issue with my 2014. Did you have any luck finding an adapter for the USB cable?

No such luck.

Not only could I not find the adapters but I found out that there are certain vehicle functions that the radio controls tap into such as wiper controls and keyless entry options, among others.

Looks like I'm stuck with a system that I'm not satisfied with. Sigh.... 😕
