I recently removed the cigarette lighter in my outlander to install a usb port charger using the same wires I removed both side panels from the centre gearstick console to get underneath the lighter to remove it. Everything was wired correct but when I put it back together I now have the SRS light on. I bought a creader v11 airbag reset obd scanner and got the code B212D I reset the airbag light which dud turn it off but it keeps coming back on again. I have also removed the stereo at an earlier point to clean the CD laser reader I have read so many articles including removing battery leads checking hazard light connector is connected but everything seems fine. I checked under the seats can't see any loose or damaged connections so I am stumped ? Checked fuses all ok ? I have noticed that there is a small square with an arrow pointing downwards that is lit on the dashboard at the same time if this helps ? Any help would be very very much appreciated Thanks Nick
