Default Antibackflow oil filter required?

I just bought a used 2007 Oultander 3L V6.with 113000 miles on it. It was due for oil change, and I changed the oil and filter. Since then, occasionally it will rattle (sounds like oil starved lifters) when it is first started in the morning. The noise only lasts a few seconds, but it is disconcerting. I did not notice the problem before the oil change. I know of another car that requires an oil filter with a back flow device built in to prevent this issue. Does this car require this type of filter?

The autoparts counter person said that his son's Mitsubishi does the same thing. I am not especially content with that answer.

Thanks for your reply.

Mine does it. it is just the oil draining out of the exhaust hydraulic lifters. once the oil pump gets going and they are pumped a few times, they fill up and all is well. My last used oil analysis shows excellent condition, so not a big worry.
