Re-download and Re-burned another one,triedit again, same different , no action after checking cd.

Theiso file after I extracted is MMCS-261UM.ISO, size 24,828KB,created on to a blank CD-R using nero, 2 files on CD.

Am I missing anything here ?

I used a CD-RW and there was no problem. Some message of error when you unrar the file? The size of your file ISO is exactly identical to which I obtained, and the “update†worked perfect. You can try with a CD-RW, although the format of the CD would not have to be problem. . .

robh, I repeated all the process of patch at this moment:
1. I Downloaded file .rar
2. Unrar file. I obtain 2 archives: MMCS-261UM.iso and readme.txt
3. Burn image MMCS-261UM.iso to CD-RW
4. In MMCS, I insert dics and start "Check Disc" screen
5. Few seconds later, show screen "Detecte a new program-Start loading" and two options: YES or NO

and everything worked well, so you must be having a problem with your burned software, maybe. On CD, you must have the following files and sizes:

alldata.kwi = 4 KB
loading.kwi = 24,464 KB

robh, the procedure that created Otaku and rcostin eliminates to pull out the HDD; we needed more ideas to obtain your update; Otaku, brian360, rcostin?

EDITED: Sorry, it is v1.09

I have also tried this, and am experiencing the same issue as robh. My MMCS version is also: bld-nr-261um v1.09
