Also to protect the lifting point I use a Hockey puck in the cup of the floor jack.
If you lift the front high enough using the side front point the rear will lift also high enough for you to change the wheel.

The notches are there to secure the car emergency jack.
But the attached image show the two alternatives i.e. stands or floor jack.
Also protect the notch area by using a hard rubber padding. I use a Hockey puck, easy to find in Canada or the US at sport shops.
I use the front side rail and lift high enough to get the rear of the ground at the same time.

Going to rotate tires on my car by putting jackstands on all 4s, hopefully things will go smoothly
I simply don't have a hockey puck or understand how to put the puck over a thin cradled area on top of a jackstand..

I was able to complete the job using the diagram jack points posted by claude. I jacked up the front put jackstands and then jacked the back, unfortunately the front tire started to touch the ground, since it has a large wheel gap and long suspension. Had to go back and raise the front some more.
Because the jack point in the front is almost near the bumper, it takes a very high jack, and the jackstands needed to be high as well.. The front is jackpoint is also not centered so the rise is uneven, it took a while to get all jackstands rested safely.
Dropping the car very slowly on jackstands, no damage noticable to the notched area, the dealer did more scratch and dent to it using their lift.
