Hello I have just one question, I come from a full AWD Evolution 8.... so, there was no way to select AWD or not..

I just bought the new Outlander with a 2.4l, my question is therea limit of speed for each drive type?

can I be with 4wd lock at 60 milles?? please send some comments about this

Yeah, you can change to any mode at any speed. Don't listen to those who tell you otherwise.
Just be sure you understand the modes properly - not a lot of people do...

In short:
4D Lock does NOT lock the centre differential, nor does it give a 50/50 distribution.
4D Auto is 60/40 front/rear. 4D Lock is 40/60 with a more aggressive use of the rear wheels.
The Outie has a centre diff in the form of an electronically controlled clutch, mounted on the rear diff.
