Outlander alignment problem

All I can say is that I notice that the outtie is sensitive to road conditions. Im guessing because of the size/type of tire on the 18' stockers. When driving on a poorly paved or damaged road the outtie is all over the place. BUT when on a freshly paved road it drives right down the middle perfectly...
