If he was going 80 then he was flying. hitting someone headone at 80 is bad if they are going 60-80 as well then that explains it. I just assumed he didnt hit another vehicle so that is why I guess he was going faster than 120 and ht the gaurd rail or something. obviously the speedo is not accurate think about it. it is ripped out of the car you could easily just spin the needle with your finger im sure sliding across the pavment it was spinning around and just happend to land at that number

id say 80 is speeding (obviously) but not excessive. most of us go 80 and think nothing of it
