This is just adding some extra info on both cars....
My ACCORD - it has small mods on it like intake, headers, 10mm spark plug wires, customexhaust,and the vtec is hooked up to a button. also it has tinted windows, lowered suspension, new tires, auto sunroof and windows,17" rims, and cruise control.
His TALON - not many mods at all, just intake really, comes with fmic but its not on cuz turbo is stock, custom 18"rims, brand new springs and struts, has a nice boost controller (i think its greddy something type 2 or something), and a new stage 3 clutch. Also his is a 1995 or 96 and it DOES have the 7-bolt unfortunatly

Even if it was f*cked... Id sooner drive that with a rebuilt motor ($1400?) and replaced bumper ($200) than a Honda... Though it does sound too good to be true...

thats exactly what i was thinkin dusty. but it also sounds like im gettin jipped cuz im trading a runnin car thats just mint for a non running car you know. That just makes me feel like im gettin the shafty end of the deal. But an awd dsm is like my dream car and i wanna just get it and go for it. So im still tryin to decide.

IMO, because most likely you will sell the car either way. I dont think you will get as much for the Accord than you will with the Talon even with the problems.
But you should take it to the dealership in town before you make the decision see what he thinks you should pay for it to get an estimate on the trade since he has had like 17 dsm's
