I've changed everything.
Here is an updated I finally have my outlander fixed. I bit the bullet and took it to my local Mitsubishi dealer. £150 it cost and she is running perfect. I'm sure the issue is a ECU upgrade as all the parts on my car are new.

Did they tell you what the issue was? Geting fed up with mine, I've checked all the pipes related to the turbo no cracks/leaks. It's a new turbo new boost pressure sensors all new parts the mechanic has checked to nothing he's leaning to the egr valve but my egr had a blanking plate on it and an egr delete from the system so not sure if it can be that!

They did say the vacuum pipes on the turbo where on the wrong way round but I find this hard to believe. They only had it for a day. They did say they did a SLQ. I have no idea what that is.

I don't think the car would move much id the valves were the wrong way round! Slq no idea what that is. My mechanic is taking it to his mate who's a vw specialist as he's had enough not surprised to be honest as have I. Unfortunately the journey to my nearest Mitsubishi dealer is a hassle I don't have one near me

Default Crack in intercooler pupe

My 2017 Outlander diesel would stutter at motorway cruising speeds with no check engine light. I discovered a crack in the intercooler pipe which runs from the intercooler to the throttle body at the front of the engine. I phoned my local Mitsubishi garage who quoted £290.00 for the part. I found one for under £40 online. Fitting the pipe was quite straight forward and the problem has now gone.
